How long from the time I place my order will it ship?
The lead time for an order to be shipped is 2-3 working days. All our packages are packed fresh every day.
Is there a minimum quantity to order?
No.
What are my shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the order along with the destination zip code. Standard UPS charges are applied unless otherwise specified.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes, if we are shipping the order within New York State.
What is your Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with our products, please call contact us. We will be glad to meet your needs.
What does the Date Code mean on my package?
The date stamped on our bags is an expiration date (for example, EXP 07/03). The product is guaranteed to be fresh when first opened until that date.
How can I buy a product that is not in my area?
We have made our products available on line for our customers. If you would prefer to shop at a store front, we suggest you request the product through your store manager or contact us to see where we our snacks are available in your area.
Are there certain products that cannot ship certain times of the year?
We carry a selection of chocolate and yogurt coated items. These items are not available for shipment during the warmer months.
